Step 1 — the voice note

What John said

OK uh, Monday — what is it, the 18th? Day 18. Rough start. Rain came in around 10:20, hard. Real hard. Premier was forming the E-7 wall on equalization tank and we had to call it. Lost the morning. Ricky pulled the boys to the bioretention basin, they finished CMU course four on the north side, maybe got into five. Volunteer Rebar had four guys tying the G to J mat in equalization tank — they kept going under the canopy. Tom was on the excavator at pump station for about three hours then we shut him down for the rain. Cumberland Utility was here, three guys, set 84 feet of 48-inch RCP between MH-12 and 13, joint test tomorrow. Near-miss this morning before the rain — Donny's rodbuster nearly got clipped by a rebar bundle on the swing, the rigger guy got reschooled, Karen wrote it up. Anchor bolt RFI is still sitting with the civil engineer. I need Sara to chase that, it's been four days. Tomorrow we pour E-7 if the form work is locked, 28 yards IMI Concrete, 8 AM. Tell Sara.
