- John Hutchison: Equalization tank E-7 wall poured (28 CY Irving) — rebar inspection passed first thing. Hutch joint test MH-12→13 passed. RFI-014 finally answered by civil engineer mid-afternoon. Flange gaskets still pending Mid-South Supply.
